After two committee sessions and a public hearing, the plenary concluded its debate on the higher education draft law. The Education & Scientific Research Committee's report was carried by a clear majority and referred to the House of Representatives with fourteen recommendations spanning university funding, governance autonomy and the expansion of applied research.بعد جلستين للجنة وجلسة استماع علنية، اختتمت الجلسة العامة مناقشتها لمشروع قانون التعليم العالي. وأُقرّ تقرير لجنة التعليم والبحث العلمي بأغلبية واضحة، وأُحيل إلى مجلس النواب مع أربع عشرة توصية شملت تمويل الجامعات واستقلال الحوكمة وتوسيع البحث التطبيقي.
